Beautiful, isn't it? Instead of wasting
taxpayer dollars to promote tourism,
maybe someone should start with the basics!
There's really no excuse for this!
Perhaps driving around in state vehicles is
a lot easier than getting out to pick up trash.

My guess is if there was a $1.00 deposit on
all tires, those tires wouldn't be laying there.
With flooding, the tires and debris will be in
the stream. It looks like a mosquito haven.

A scenic country road in West Virginia.
But no, it isn't up some hollow, but rather
within sight of Route 2, on Cedar Road
near Ravenswood, West Virginia.
It makes me wonder how some state employees
are able to keep their jobs. Shouldn't someone
be responsible for picking up trash?
If they worked for the private sector,
they would likely be fired!!!
(Those government jobs must be nice).
